Zenden furniture is primarily crafted to order, tailored to individual specifications, and produced in limited quantities. Due to the customized nature of our products, resale is not commercially viable.
Order Confirmation
An order with Zenden is considered confirmed upon:

Receipt of full payment (or as otherwise agreed in writing), and

Written approval of all specifications, finishes, dimensions, and customization details.
Production commences immediately upon confirmation.
At Zenden, each piece is crafted with intention. All Zenden products are made-to-order upon confirmation of full or agreed advance payment.
Production Timelines
All Zenden pieces are made-to-order.
Made-to-Order Pieces: Approximately 3–4 weeks, or as individually confirmed
All timelines are indicative and subject to change based on material availability, artisan schedules, supplier delays, regulatory requirements, transport disruptions, raw material shortages, or force majeure events beyond Zenden’s control.
Zenden shall not be held liable for delays arising from such circumstances.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided production has not commenced.
Once production has begun, cancellations are strictly not permitted.
Advance payments made toward customized or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable under all circumstances.
No “Change of Mind” Policy
Customised, altered, bespoke, or made-to-order Zenden pieces:

Cannot be cancelled

Cannot be returned
-
Cannot be exchanged
-
Cannot be refunded
Zenden does not accept cancellations based on change of preference, aesthetic reconsideration, space constraints, or access miscalculation.
Production or delivery delays, where communicated, do not constitute valid grounds for cancellation.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect:

Repair shall be the primary and preferred remedy.

Replacement may be offered solely at Zenden’s discretion if repair is deemed unfeasible.
All claims must be:

Reported within 24 hours of delivery

Accompanied by a valid invoice
-
Supported with clear photographic evidence
Claims raised beyond this window may not be entertained.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is expressly approved by Zenden:

Refunds will be issued as store credit only

Store credit will be processed within 7–14 business days

Store credit will be issued to the original customer account
Shipping charges, logistics costs, handling fees, storage charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized payment reversals or chargebacks initiated after successful delivery and acceptance shall constitute breach of contract.
Zenden reserves the right to initiate legal recourse to recover dues, associated penalties, legal expenses, and damages.
